I've rented at River City since Jan 2021. Chose this property due to cleanliness, temperature control, security and ease of access to units. Have experience with 2 other facilities in Louisville / Prospect. Following sale of home, my "good" furniture is stored here. While the facility itself is highly recommended, the Facility Manager, Lonnie Clark, is customer-oriented, helpful, reliable and has good communication skills. * 12/12/22 Update to this review - I recently closed my account/vacated my unit at River City as I no longer needed it. I vacated on a Sunday, sent an email to inform Lonnie (manager) that the unit was empty, and asked what else needed to be done. Early Monday morning I received an automated text that everything was closed and my balance was $0.00. That was followed by a thank you email from Lonnie with another confirmation of closure.
