No one is ever here
I just wanted to give some feedback on a Gentleman by the name of Greyson. Working customer service can be challenging and as someone who has done for 18 years it rare to find a representative that truly knows the meaning of customer service. Greyson has renewed my faith that there are people that do there job. I was very impressed with him because of the way he handled my situation with great ease. It has been great for me with Greyson working. Always respectful and courtesy. You rarely see that now a days.Thank you Greyson
A grateful shout out to Greyson and The River City Storage Team I had come by several times to change the lock on my unit and was always unable to access the facility. I was getting frustrated a few days ago trying to enter and then Greyson came to the rescue. He remembered me from weeks earlier when I moved out of one unit and rented a smaller one. No one is EVER in the office during the advertised office hours. I have made 7 trips during the previous 2 months and each time no one was there. I called the phone number listed on the door. On Thursday, May 15th, I called the phone number and let them know I wanted to make sure of the office hours, because I had traveled there numerous times and no one was there.
