We hired them last fall (2022) to replace our roof. They were working on the roof after dark which probably accounts for some of the train wreck job they did. The owner, Doug, made excuses for one of his crew guys who fell through our roof, causing rain water to leak into our living room and destroyed our window pull shades. I was hired By JD to contact clients and schedule repair services. He did not show for clients with many excuses. After a week of wasting my time. I had to leave.

I contacted "Doug" their owner after coming home from work to find half my garden, including vegetable plants, trampled by their crew and covered in roof debris. Doug told me to fix my attitude and call the police if I had a problem. The best part is they weren't even working for me - they were working on my neighbor's roof and didn't think it mattered to contact me before entering my property. Horrible people; zero customer service. Hire someone better.

Unfortunately, my experience with Doug at River City Roofing was short of perfect. We found River City Roofing at one of the Home Shows at the fairgrounds. Doug spoke very highly of his products and his 20+ years of experience. After he came out and gave a quote on the house, we hired him to put a new roof on the house. We had two guys at the house for two days, and then Doug called and said the roof was finished and wanted to collect payment.
