Made an appointment with Fred to look at my roof. He told me he would look at it the next day. He never got back to me so I called to see what he had found. There was no answer so I left a voicemail, and later two more asking for the quote to repair my roof. Ten days later I get a text apologizing for the tardiness of his response, but two storms and two weeks later, I have no quote to repair my roof. Very nice and polite guy, but I need my roof fixed, not someone putting me off.
