We contacted River City Roofing in July after we discovered a roof leak during the heavy rain storm. All started out great. They contacted us to come out and look at the roof a few days after I called. They felt when they looked at it that there was enough hail damage to file a claim with insurance. If you’re looking for a company to quote you a price, do the work, then charge about 30% more than the agreed price, river city is for you.. they will also call you a liar when you try to pay the agreed price and threaten with legal action when you don’t pay the over-priced bill.. epitome of a storm-chasing company and I definitely should have used a local contractor
I was in Colorado dealing with dad’s funeral when this area was hit with a horrendous hail storm in May. Therefore I was late making a claim and trying to find reputable contractor to do my repair work. After contacting several I decided on River City Roofing. Excellent service, craftsmanship is on point! Always showed up on time, did what they said. if it wasn't for Justin Parker battling my adjuster I may not have got my roof fixed! This dude had a rebuttals for days! Really got everyone on board to process my claim & install my roof smoothly. Great job Justin if you were a woman I'd kiss you! I still might!
