We recently had our entire roof replaced by River City and I can’t begin to sing their praises enough. Dave Schacherl was our dedicated PM and he went above and beyond for us. He addressed all of our anxieties and held our hand throughout the entire process. I wish we had Dave to help us through all of our projects around the house. From the initial contact from David of River City Roofing, everything was very customer oriented. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The installation crews knew their work and performed their tasks safely and diligently. Extra effort was devoted to cleanup and trash pickup.
Nikki and David really care about doing a good job and being a contractor you can trust. They were willing to match the lowest bid from a different contractor I was thinking of going with and throw in a few extras which really sold me. Their crew is hard-working, efficient, and was respectful of my property. They did an excellent job and delivered as promised, on time, and without issue!
River City Roofing have taken such good care of us! The team of David and Nikki were such a pleasure to work with! They had excellent communication on all steps of completing our roof and we wont hesitate to recommend them to others! They worked side by side with our insurance company to ensure that we got the best product and service in a very timely manner. It was great having an advocate there to explain any insurance questions we had as well. Highly recommend working with them!
