We are so pleased with the service at Elevated Roofing! Aubry and Nick are the absolute best! They were very honest, explained everything in detail and were there for every step of the claim and the project. River City Restoration re-did my roof and gutters after a hail storm. While the they did a fine job on the roof, the gutters were bad. Now after less than 3 years they are already falling off the house and I have contacted them to correct their work. Everytime I talk to Jacob he says he'll have someone this week but they have yet to show up after 2 months of contacting them.
Very poor communication & management. Lots of promises made by salesman but they didn't follow through with them. Very quick and sloppy work, gutters were damaged on 2 jobs. Siding job pushed for 2.5 years and never started. Roof job promised in the fall & they showed up without contact in the spring and did the job anyway out of the blue without 6m of contact. Not a local company no matter what they claim. They chase storms and bring in non-english speaking crews that rush through roof jobs. Dealt with 4 different managers.... read more
Would not recommend! They said roof will be done in 1 day and it took them 4 or 5 days. They start multiple jobs at the same time and finish them whenever, just to get their money.. management didn’t do anything as well
