The apartment in Lacrosse had numerous defects prior to our move-in. Cabinet doors were already missing on day one, and a tile was already broken/missing when the college kids moved into the unit. It is highly unfortunate the company charged an exorbitant $1125 to fix that exact same missing tile. Nightmare level management and owner. bad apartments and you can find more professional companies very easily. Genuinely any other rental place in the county would be a better option than River City Rentals LLC. give them a quick search on facebook and you'll see even horrible reviews more sadly. & fighting and naming past tenants in the comments is not only against google review policy but horribly unprofessional and just shows how bad managed you guys are. Owner and building staff are equally awful. Adapt or Accept!
Terrible rental company!! Charged my daughter for damage she didn't do when she moved out. They went back on their word as they told her she could get a monthly extension when she needed to finish her semester, but then they refused. No place to live. Do not trust them!!!
Worst apartment I've ever lived in was Gould St. Entire building smelled of piss and cigarettes. I constantly would have to step over people sleeping in the hallway. Everything was stolen out of our basement storage unit. Avoid at all costs
