Moved into a dirty apartment that smelled strongly of cat urine and was infested with cockroaches! Thankfully we knew our rights as tenants and were able to immediately break our lease. Rent anywhere but River City Rentals. Update due to the rude response. You missed a couple? These are in the kitchen cupboards where we're supposed to store our dishes. Would 100% avoid renting from this rental company they will not take responsibility for what goes on in and all around their rental properties. They have suspicious activity And when you try to report it to them they tell you just go to the police. They can't do anything when you make complaints about the property itself or the rental unit they don't do anything if Nathan Brooks likes running his properties like this, I don't know how anybody would ever want to rent to him. The Worst Rental Company they won't fix anything then when u leave they will steal your Deposit! Terrible people to do business with!
