Moved into a disgusting apartment with cigarette butts everywhere and wires hanging out of the wall. I had to clean it up myself. Repairman constantly tried to say nothing needed to be fixed or it took forever to get repairs. Fast forward two years of living there, moved out because of a rent increase when there was nothing about the place worth increasing the rent for. They definitely charge way too much for monthly rent for what you get. However, I needed a to find somewhere to live pretty quickly and was willing to settle for whatever. If you are looking for property managers who take initiative, have good communication, and care about their tenants this is not the company for you. During winter they also never plowed our driveway, which was pretty inconvenient. Easy to work with and quick to respond. Lots of nicely remodeled rental options
Have nothing bad to say about RCR. They have been fair with me. Being retired and on social security they have been very easy to deal with. Very pleasant, helpful understanding staff.
