Very rude! I received a call right at 4:01p for a 4p showing of a property that I was running late for, and instead of just waiting a few min she insisted she needed to leave in 6 minutes. Meaning if I had made my appt RIGHT on time I would have had about 7 minutes only to view the property and leave. The lady sounded very cold and lacked any empathy or sympathy at all for my situation. The phone call was overall awkward and frustrating. I will NOT be calling to reschedule my appt or work with this management company again.
They are not very nice. And they don't budge at all. I am a mother in need of immediate assistance and becasue of my credit and a situation nobody has cared to ask me my side they denied me. As well as everyone else in this town. Even private landlords and I have 2 years of rent paid guaranteed. And still nobody n I means nobody will give me a chance. This town is not for helping anybody besides themselves and look down on you if you are beneath them in any way. I've given on on even trying to get anybody to help me.
