Worst customer service. They're really nice until you need something taken care of AFTER the sale. Do your research and find a customer-service oriented dealership---this isn't one.
Added tire and wheel protection we specifically said we did not want. Trailer brake wiring had a short and we couldn’t even leave with the camper. Took it to the campground and the inventor wasn’t working. All in the first two weeks. Now they say it will be two weeks before they can work on it. 😡😡😡 And these folks act like they could care less!!! Furious!!! Don’t buy here!!
This place is a joke. I honestly do not know how they are still in business. The service department is so used to dealing with complaints all they know how to do properly is say they are sorry and make up excuses as to why they are. Buyer beware! Once you sign the bottom line give the sales person a great review because they are hovering over you, they could care less. We have had our camper since March. We sold our motorhome through River City in May. The sales manager assured us the dealership would take care of our Good Sam warranty cancellation. We were to receive a call from the financial manager but she never contacted us. I left a note for her with all our info and she still never contacted us. Poor, poor service after your dealership made money from our sale. Would never use your business again!
