If you rent from them beware, if the lady that works in the back office sees what kind of car you drive she may increase the rent by the time you get back from seeing a unit! She is rude and the property I seen on north street is gross the room was ok but the kitchen was in total disrepair and the bathroom was beyond gross it looked like it wasn't cleaned in years and as for the room I rented at 16 greene st was gross not cleaned out before I rented it and as for the 2nd floor bathroom has a tub and no shower and if you want... read more
