I am really disappointed with them because I sent an email asking for help in purchasing a home for my son and me. Since we have bad credit a nothing for a down payment I asked for any information they could give me on what programs there was for people in our situation. I'm disabled and live with my son. We would be first time home buyers and both have income. I didn't even get an answer telling me they couldn't help. I was totally ignored.
