I just requested a repair for my 81 year old parent who has rented from River City for years. I was told very rudely that they could not change a filter for someone who doesn't drive in the middle of a pandemic. When I insisted that it be done, responing to her rudeness, I was hung up on. If I could give zero stars I would.
Don’t lease with this Company! Do not sign with them! Teresa was rude and wasn’t helpful when trying to lease with her. She made my roommates and I fill out applications for them to be the wrong ones. She did not mention the different applications for co signers and was very unprofessional throughout the process. She never responded back when I asked for the different applications. I wish she had mention that there are different applications for someone who needs a co-signer from the beginning.
