We recently had a issue with 'water' backing up into the basement over the weekend. Our plea for help via RiverCity's text system at 1:55pm went right to the plumber that's done other great work here. Karl responded with the most welcome message ever "We're heading that way!" at 2:30pm. By 3:45, the work was done.
I was so impressed with Karl and his assistant. They showed up on time, cleaned up everything when they were done, and fixed a leak dripping through to a downstairs ceiling in a very short period of time. They were both very professional and very friendly.
Issue was diagnosed quickly, with a new gas valve installed same day. Very courteous and friendly service.
