The team at River City Plumbing was fantastic to work with on replacing our 75 gallon tank with a tankless water heater. We were having trouble with our old one and with the help of Evan, Jeff and Jeff they recommended replacing the unit. They removed the old one, installed the new tankless one, and put us back in business with reliable hot water! They were on time, courteous, and kept the work area clean. They are definitely our “go to” team for all of our plumbing needs!
Jeff and the team at River City Plumbing are top drawer. We recently had a leak in a refrigerator line under the slab of our home, and they beat the remediation team here to assess and get us on the road to repair. Multiple options were possible, but the most efficient offered up front. Within 96 hours of calling, all repairs to restore water service restored to our home were completed. Exceptional QUALITY. You will pay for it.. but it will be of the highest quality. 1. Rebuilt walk-in stone /tile shower from scratch. 2. Installed tankless water heater.
I had a bad leak under Mobile home. Josh came out and checked it out and went into detail about what was going on. Gave estimate. With Senior discount! Made arrangements for sometime come out 2 days later. Did repair in a timely manner. Came in house and checked everything out and had a nice visit. Awesome customer service. Will refer to all my friends!
