Taylor Bishop is the best!! I have re-financed with Taylor, Nick, and River City three times now across several states (most recently Spring 2026) and would/will absolutely do it again if rates make sense in the future. Taylor is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and phenomenal to talk things through and over with. Recommend to anyone.
I can’t say enough good things about River City, from the loan rate I received to my loan officer, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. My Loan Officer, Brandi, has been extremely communicative and informative and a pleasure to work with. We had a few issues on the appraisal and seller’s end that threw a wrench in the process and my Realtor said they were awesome to work with throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend anyone in the market consider them!
