I purchased a custom solid oak door from my local Crafty Beaver who made the mistake of ordering it from River City Millwork. I give them NO STARS based on their lack of performance and lack of any customer care for fixing their gross errors and negligence! Jason P from River City Millwork was the salesguy for my door purchases. I showed him damage to the glass panes in the original door and also the damage to the glass panes his company brought out to replace the original glass panes. Yes, RM replaced scratched glass panes with more scratched panes. Jason is a super nice guy to your face but which sales guy is not?
