RCM is hands down the best management company. They are always so quick to respond and take care of anything you may need. I have been amazed by every single person in the office.. if there was an option for 6 stars I'd leave it. SO helpful, kind, friendly, prompt and very professional.

I rented a house through them and payed 5 grand at move in that was only a week from when we had to pay next month's rent and I called the office to let them know its gonna be a couple days late so they decided to call us the next morning at 7am cussing at us and saying how unprofessional we were me and my 2 other roommates she has also charged us with a smoking fee when we've never smoked in the property and ontop of this has managed to charge us as much as possible whenever she can such as sending us a email when we were l... read more

Had a showing scheduled. They cancelled. Then rescheduled. Confirmed date and time. Arrived 10 min early. Renters loaded the kiddos and dog and left. Property manager never showed. I reached out and they swear they cancelled. No voicemail, no missed calls, no email. Missed work. All jd said was "sorry". I feel bad for the mom who had to get the kids and dog out the door for a showing that never happened. If this is how they manage showings how to do they manage maintenance?!
