River City Management has been amazing to work with. They’ve consistently exceeded my expectations over the years. Their team is thorough, reliable, and professional in every step of the process. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend them.
Had a showing scheduled. They cancelled. Then rescheduled. Confirmed date and time. Arrived 10 min early. Renters loaded the kiddos and dog and left. Property manager never showed. I reached out and they swear they cancelled. No voicemail, no missed calls, no email. Missed work. All jd said was "sorry". I feel bad for the mom who had to get the kids and dog out the door for a showing that never happened. If this is how they manage showings how to do they manage maintenance?!
Since I can't respond to your response on my review. I'll just leave response here ...I have Photos of the empty property as I left the 90tons of trash haul you provided absolutely no pictures of matter of fact the pictures inside of the stuff that you sent me had no pictures of the inside of the appliances I have after pictures the reason why you didn't put the pictures of the fridge and the stove and all that inside of the move out is because they we're clean I cleaned every cabinet inside and out. I had only positive experiences with this company. Our landlord was prompt in his responses, and they always sent maintenance people over super quickly when it was needed. They never raised rent on us, and they also were flexible when we had a situation when we needed to break our lease. They were very clear about what we needed to do and made the whole process a lot less stressful. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was lovely during that experience.
