We have used River City to store our motorhome and then 5th wheel for several years now. We think they do a great job overall. The guys running trailers and boats in and out of the indoor storage are extremely helpful. They raised their rates a few years ago but they are still competitive. We would only suggest that they have someone in the office or real close by at all times as it is hit and miss. Have stored the boat here three winters now never a problem with access they always pull the boat and have it ready to hook up
