These people are complete scam artists. They sued us for an additional 900$ after keeping our 900$ deposit. For normal wear and tear of a young family. They nickel and dimed us! Even for the treatment of cockroaches that were already there when we moved in! Do NOT rent from these people.
Been a tenant of Joe and Sue's for going on 5 years now. Great homes and best landlords anyone could ask for!!!
