Omg, we love these guys! They are nothin' but nice. Terrific service from the people who answer the phone to the technicians, prices are not cheap but they are very reasonable. We have had repairs done twice to our current furnace (did not come from them) and are planning on purchasing an updated system in the next year. And that system will come from River City!
I have to say we won’t be going anywhere else for our heating/air needs. They worked on my 98 yr old grandmas house and the experience was above and beyond. In fact I am giving everyone their name that asks😊 a special thanks to Miah
Had a great experience with John, who fixed our a/c that decided it didn’t want to work anymore, on one of the hottest days of the year so far. He had to come early and then come back later in the evening. It got a bit toasty in the house, but we managed. He was exceptionally professional and friendly, and also explained everything in great detail about what was going on. I would highly recommend him!
