Great customer service and speedy work. Thanks for getting our AC up and running. Hopefully it is a very long time before we have to call you again but you will be the one we call next time too!
These guys are amazing. They installed our furnace 18 years ago and have serviced it ever since. It went out over night on Christmas Eve. They returned our call to the emergency number within 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem and talked us through how to safely limp it along until they could get here to install a new one. At 7:30 a.m. in -7 degree weather they were here (with smiles on their faces) with a new furnace. Thanks guys!
Brian came out on Christmas Eve and quickly diagnosed our heating issue, ran back to the shop for parts, and got us up and running in no time. Totally impressive service with a small town feel. I hope I don't have to see them often but they gained a very happy customer. Oh, they are coming back to work on our gas fireplace so...see you soon. Thanks again Brian and River City.
Recently had a new furance/AC installed and it was one of the easiest experiences from start to finish that I have had in home repair! River City was exceptional to work with and I will be using them in the future!

I am so pleased with River City Heating . I express my sincere gratitude to River City Heating, first Kutrena for her professional manner answering my concerns and connecting me with Jim. And then Chris for diagnosing the problem with my furnace and Tom for doing the proper installation and then Chris again for coming back to continue a diagnosis on yet another problem with my furnace.
