So I went in here had a perm done. It fell out in a matter of days. Went in to complain, The owner Dianne was there she told me they don't do do cash refunds but did offer to redo my perm for free. I had it done last Sunday by her and it still looks amazing. I highly recommend goin thru Dianne she's amazing.

I recently got a lopsided haircut at a different salon in town. Since I didn't want to go back to that salon (you only get one shot with me), I stopped by River City this morning to see if they could take me as a walk-in. As luck would have it, Dana was just finishing up a haircut and was able to squeeze me in. She listened to my concerns and did an amazing job fixing what the other stylist botched. Honestly, they jacked up my hair and then said that will be $40. So, inexpensive but it definitely showed. The people there were nice though, but the way they let me leave looking the way I did was mind blowing. I won’t be back
