Several years ago my mother had all her windows replaced by river city glass.When my mother passed away we discovered that not one window locked.If you are looking to get new windows look elsewhere.
Don't really know how this company stays in business. Lack of competition I guess. I have personally made no fewer than five trips to their store because everyone of their "highly trained" staff seems to be too busy to return calls. If promises were gasoline, I'd have a tank full. I have fortunately come across a competitor, from Idaho, who will be installing my shower enclosure. As a bonus I'm saving $1000. Have absolutely nothing good to say about this company.
Not impressed...left Mike on the commercial side two voice mails never to be returned. Found a better glass company that wants business.
This family owned business was a pleasure to do business with.
Very unfriendly at office. Checking out shower doors. Upon payment, treated like scum, interrupting their day, questioning payment. We will never recommend them. Go to valley glass.
I called to get my quote for relaxing my picture window. When I called about the quote I was told they would email to me. No email. I spoke to the company to day. The gentleman I spoke with was rude and sounded like I was interrupting him. I have called McKay
