So many beautiful flooring options! I like the uncluttered showroom and that samples are showcased on the floor. Friendly service with knowledgeable employees.

Was hung up on (5) times in a roll. Representatives are very emotional; along with a bad attitude. If you’re looking for even just ‘decent’ customer service; I’d look elsewhere. I’m sure these 5 star reviews are friends and/or family trying to save this business.
I called to get a quote on some flooring with the measurements that I took myself. Whichever gentleman I spoke with was insanely rude and hung up on me. I just wanted to make sure I was calculating how to get the square foot right because to me it seemed like the price I was getting was wrong.
