Thousand Oaks branch is the best!
Happy to have finally closed all of my accounts with this place. From having debit cards shut down without notice on Friday evenings (multiple times) because they finally got around to it after they detected compromised merchant info, to not being willing to tell me what merchant account was compromised so I could quit using the card there, to constantly shutting down convenient branches, this place is hard to deal with and is the Credit Union equivalent to Bank of America.
