Signed up for their free checking account back in 2012. After being a member for 7 years, they decided to switch my checking account to a plan that extracts a monthly fee. As I transitioned away from using this account, the balance dwindled away too. Their monthly fees extracted the last of the account's funds, sending it into a negative balance. Outdated and behind the times, trying to catch up. Haven't had access to my account for 2 days, call the number to try and get help, but busy. No locations, no working app and just an old relic that needs to give up.
First they closed down locations in the north half of San Antonio, and now I can't login to the new website, and I get a busy signal when calling customer service for help with it. Time to find a new credit union.
Worst service today. Teller had no clue. Account holder for 50+ years and was treated like I was the one with no knowledge as how to bank. Deplorable ignorance .

You do not have 24 hour support. Not even online support. This essentially means the bank is not secure.
I waited 40 minutes to see someone at the Jackson Keller branch got fed up and left. There was 1 teller working the window and had a couple waiting in her office. It was just not right!
The level of Customer Service that was provided was so Uplifting. Janie the manager was very quick to stop all my concerns with my account and gave me and my wife hope for a growing financial future. I, like many, dont like to go into a banch especially that majority of the time we are always "on the go" but I sure am glad I did. We were on edge and close to closing our account but after going in and speaking w member services I am looking forward to many many more years with them. Thank you RCFCU!
