I do not recommend this company to anyone who wants to know what the employees are actually doing and who expects quality work done on their home. We were charged for work that was incomplete, some was unnecessary, they damaged the property, and were not transparent about the project throughout the entire process despite our asking verbally and via email for more information. As president of a small HOA, I take our contractor decisions very seriously as we have limited funds. I am very, very happy we chose River City to do a major deconstruction/rebuild project that removed siding, addressed issues with the roof to wall transition to prevent future water damage, and rebuilt and repainted everything afterward. River City Exteriors & Remodeling (RCE) did construction work for the HOA community of which I am the president of the board. We had to have all the roofs redone and due to poor installation from original contractors, had to have all siding stripped and replaced. They were professional, respectful and did a great job including the handling of some of our overly vocal/demanding owners. Anthony and his team were great to work with and I highly recommend them!
