In dealing with this property management company..River City equities/investorsIII. Wow! I would have to say it has been the worst experience ever for me. I have never experienced calling a rental office and being avoided by a rental agent as much as I have when dealing with these people. In order to get anything fixed properlly or at all for that matter is nearlly impossible unless other actions are taken.
