I contacted the realtor about a listing and scheduled a showing. Informed him I was very interested in the property. The day before he scheduled me to see it he messages and says someone put in a offer and the seller accepted. I get the seller can do what they want but you'd think that realtor would advise them they have someone else very interested and give it a day to accept and hear the other offer. I guess they like to keep there commission low
