Jen Jackson is not a nice person. She lies to clients. She treats her employees awful. She also hires people and give out clients home alarm codes and keys before employees background check comes in and training is complete
My in laws recently had a cleaning done by this company and it was a disaster. Crumbs in the kitchen, toilets missed, dust everywhere, dog fur on the floor? Scorecards aren’t worth filling out, been there done that. My dad keeps letting them come but my wife just said this needs to stop. After a very late confirmation, 2 people showed up when the city of Richmond did not have water. They proceeded to clean the house while I went to work. I came back about an hour and a half later and it looks like they only dusted and vacuumed. I offered them a swiffer mop and they did not use it. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly as the sinks still had tooth paste on them. Showers were not cleaned thoroughly or were not cleaned at all. Fans were not dusted and no mirrors were clean.
