I stopped into River City E-Bikes a few months ago, and everyone there was great! I was interested in buying an electric bike with a throttle to ride while recovering from a knee injury. I already had a really nice Bosch-powered commuter but was looking for something different as a secondary bike. Everyone always rants and raves about River City bikes and now it's my turn! I showed up (stupidly) before my pick up order was marked ready, while they were just then dealing with the aftermath of a break in, and they were still running all over to help me with my order. I ended up heading out before they found it, but the guy who was helping me before I left still found me at my bus stop to let me know he was headed to the other location to find my order. 10/10 service, these guys deserve a raise! Recently passed our one year anniversary of owning two Creo 2 ebikes from RCeB. The bikes have been flawless but those are machines. The people at RCeB are flawless as well. Zack guided us through the buying process over 2 weekends of riding demo bikes. We never felt like any question or request was too much to ask. While I didn't purchase an E-bike from this store I was given stellar service when I took a Specialized Bike in for a firmware update. Alex was kind, patient, and hella knowledgeable.
