Buying an ebike is really tough as there are so many things to consider and models to choose from. Zack took his time and really drilled down on how I would be using the bike and considered my wants and needs. He took his time showed me several different models and in the end made the recommendation for my riding style. David ended up doing the final delivery with me on my new Turbo Tero and was sure to walk me though all of the features of the bike.
