Zach was excellent. He helped me select a new seatpost with springs ((Kinect) and seat. Then to my surprise he offered to install it, and adjust the fit. I've bought two bikes from RCB over the years, and once again they provide excellent service.
The product was exactly what I needed the customer service was fantastic I was able to buy what I needed get the help I needed I am definitely going to no one else on anything e-bike related
There were all kinds of e-bikes. Amflow, SantaCruze and Specialized
We are new cyclists and came by to ask a few questions and purchase locks and accessories. No one said hi or set an expectation that they would be with us soon. We waited about 20 minutes and after several other customers were approached and helped, we gave up. Not the kind of friendly neighborhood bike shop experience we were hoping for.
