I may have decided to buy a different bike, but it was not that I didn't like these guys. This shop had knowledgeable people that took the time to show me the details about the bike I was considering. I took 2 test rides. They may be located on a really busy street, but there is calm streets around for test riding. I liked the shop and the bike, I just found another bike fit my needs better. River City is a great shop!
Knowledgeable...Friendly...Excellent quality bikes and e-bikes
I love all the staffs there. They’ve been really helpful and knowledgeable on all bikes. I have trouble choosing a bike, so I told the staffs there my requirements and they suggested a few bike for me to test ride. They’ve been really patient with me. Highly highly recommended to anyone who’s looking for e-bikes. 🥰 The only down side is parking could be a bit hard to find. Only street parking available.
I am so appreciative of the service here. Very polite. I ordered a specific ebike to this store but it ended up being not the right fit for me. They were so gracious about the return and helped me test ride other ebikes until I found something more my style. Just very gracious and helpful.
