Great store and great people. What an awesome selection and a huge bike shop. If you can’t find it here, you probably don’t need it. Brice is the manager and he was cheerful, gave me a personal tour and helped me to choose the right waterproof/breathable cycling pants. Stuart was also very upbeat and helpful. Thanks guys!
The staff at River City Bicycles is amazing! My bike was stuck near their outlet store after a negligent cyclist locked my brake cable to a rack with their bike, leaving me stranded. I asked for help at River City, and without waiting a beat a friendly staffer liberated my bike and installed a new brake cable for me! Not only did I get my bike back, but I got a free brake adjustment too!
