I called and expected the worse but relieved to have spoken to such a compassionate, understanding person. Without judgement in her voice, Ms. Leslie helped my understand what I needed to do, she kindly repeated the process and certainly with patience, she let me repeat so that I was able to understand my next steps. Thank you very much for your great customer service.
The guy that answers the phone was the rude as hell, acts like he can talk to people all crazy and people are supposed to kiss his ass, he'll no.. thank god we didn't have ti go to them and found someone else that could help us. Never again and I do not recommend this place at all
