I want to show my appreciation for Ron. He is an amazing human being. Ron has helped me on a few occasions with my appliances. Today he rushed me a part that I needed for a downed washed at the beginning of the COVID 19 pandemic. Mind you, he had talked about shutting down business for a few weeks. He still ran me out the part, and gave me discounted rates due to the pinch I was in. Ron, thank you. You, Sir, are the embodiment of service. May god bless you, and keep you safe.
Explained what the problem was and then said “I can’t do the repair because I’m not a plumber.” Dishwasher continues to be broken, he did not take apart anything just diagnosed on the spot and charged $80 for a service call. Scam.
We had an excellent experience with River City Appliance! Ron came out to check out our refrigerator quickly and repaired it even faster. He was honest and easy to get ahold of. We will definitely be calling River City Appliance for any future needs.
Awful. They called me to see if we were going to be home before they got there and instantly was rude claiming we've cancelled multiple times and if we are not there when he gets there he isn't going to do it. When I informed they must be mistaken and me trying to clear things up he continued ranting. Needed a part for my stove. You had an honest price and next day delivery. Your parts salesman was friendly, and helpful. My new go to place for appliance parts.
So I have tried to private message you and it won't work. I am a little confused why you came out, charged us $156.77 to fix our washer and we still can not use it. I understand you were upset that my husband had tried to fix the problem. He realized he could not and called you. You came out and were upset the machine was taken apart.
