This anesthesia group covers NWSH and refused to do a block on my husband for surgery. They waited to review medical records for case to the morning of surgery and then tried to cancel the case without ever doing a physical exam. Then when Surgeon opted to do the case without ever doing local they refused to provide a block to make the 2 hours tourniquet time tolerable. “Patients First” obviously doesn’t extend to this service provided at Northwest Specialty Hospital.
They over charge double of what the say first but. They work. To fix it. Thanks and apologize
We received a bill from River City Anesthesia that turned out to be double-billed because it had been included in the hospital charges. Michelle caught the error and immediately contacted us to inform us of the problem. Then she sent our check back. I appreciate her honesty!
