We had an appointment scheduled. First, they called to say they were running late. Then, they never showed up. We called the next day and were told it would be a week until they could get us scheduled. The woman I spoke with on the phone told me we could call someone else if i wasn't happy with that, so we did. Teays Valley Service Experts came out the same day. We bought a new $20K AC system from them. They are installing it in two days.

I called for an appointment they were here within two days. They arrived when they said they would. The gentleman was very professional and expedient. I am very satisfied with the service.
