Okay these other to people must be insane LOL. I lived at River Chase for 5 years and these are very nice and clean apartments. The management goes out of there way to help if ever needed . Very fast maintenance if ever needed and the cleaning lady has been there forever. Very kind woman and does the best job ever. Never saw or heard of any criminal activity. i would not reccomend these apt. to anyone the 1st night i moved in i looked out my peep hole and watched a lady get robbed at gun point.it was summer my air never worked.crackheads at every corner
The apartment manager is insane. Shockingly unprofessional. Would never recommend anyone living there. Just ask the disappointed residents!
