I give this one star, wishing that there was a zero star option. Gail never communicates properly and anytime you want to get information they are never there to help.
She’s the worst landlord I’ve ever met in my entire renting life. They let anyone rent from them it seems. If you’re even a half ways decent person, you will see some things, hear some things and even smell some things you never want to encounter because of these other people living on their properties. Gail has been a phenomenal landlord! Anytime we have ever had a problem, she has been there for us. She is down to earth and has a heart of gold. If you are looking for a landlord that understands, this is your lady!
