She’s the worst landlord I’ve ever met in my entire renting life. They let anyone rent from them it seems. If you’re even a half ways decent person, you will see some things, hear some things and even smell some things you never want to encounter because of these other people living on their properties. Gail has been a phenomenal landlord! Anytime we have ever had a problem, she has been there for us. She is down to earth and has a heart of gold. If you are looking for a landlord that understands, this is your lady!
Absolute worst. Our apartment downtown flooded and Gail lied to us about the maintenance crew fixing the problem for months. Gail threatened to take us to court for wanting out of our lease agreement. That building is now condemned and unlivable. Horrible management
