I never heard of this place until a good friend of mine was put into one of the studio apartments by a organization that helps the homeless get off the streets. So I think it's great that river by the woods participates and helps those and need. But my issue is the fact that on New Year's Day before the office was even opened the property manager there had my vehicle towed from the front of the building where I had parked it for about 4 hours from the early morning until the sun came up. I love my place very quiet peaceful nobody bothers nobody pretty much almost everybody minds their own business passing through the Halls very respectful lot of elderly people here some young mostly elderly including myself I'm not getting no younger but I enjoy it

I am giving the river 3 out of 5 stars. I have lived here over 2 years and it's not nearly as bad as I expected it to be. Rent varies from tenet to tenet some pay more or the lucky pay less. I was up for my lease renewal and got bumped up by $20 and I asked around if anyone elses went up and I was the only one. There was another charge brought from the office say I had to pay $150 to move apartments and again I was the only lucky one. I paid the fees because I didn't want problems from management.
