Pamela was very knowledgeable and helpful with purchasing our home. She is very experienced in the VA home loan/inspection process and was instrumental in getting us a great price and helping us close on time. I would recommend any veteran, planning on using their VA home loan , to contact River Bridge Realty.
The agent - owner is difficult to work with after she has client signed into a contract. The agent makes it clear she is available by appointment only, and the agent is often out town or on the way out of town or just simply unavailable. Despite the alphabet of realestate credentials she lacks skill in critical areas.
Terrible real estate company, absolutely shouldn't be in business. Unfriendly staff who are arrogant and not worth my time.
