I called about a lack of hot water at 7:30 at night. River Breeze scheduled a visit between 8 and 9 the next morning. The technician called to tell me he was on his way and arrived at 8:10 the next morning. I found the team to be knowledgeable and they knew what to do. Repairs were competed by 10:30AM
Mathew is a very good technican . He knows what he’s doing, explains things so you understand what is going on or not. He is very through, polite & pleasant. His partner was also very pleasant & helpful. Many thanks for coming within 24 hrs.
We have used River Breeze several times for routine maintenance of our HVAC systems as well as plumbing repairs. Each time Tom, his service staff, and office employees, have responded quickly and taken care of the problems. They have a wide range of knowledge regarding various heating systems, hot water tanks and digital thermostat installation. Everyone at River Breeze has always been friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Right before the storm ( of course), during the coldest weather, the house could not get warm (50 degrees inside). The gentleman From Cool Breeze came out with in an hour and fixed it. I am so thankful for you guys.
