Respectfully, the 5-star rating was upon 1st month move in, not for the duration. If I shared the abundance of evidence it would completely prove my stance, however, I don't need to. As a senior citizen and minister, who resided respectfully at 6810-103 from 4/11/25-4/31/26, I refuse to kerfuffle: non-renewal for paying rent on time, great with neighboring tenants, part of community watch - clearly speaks for itself. You wouldn't believe this is my third time around lol. Tess, has always been helpful and friendly, she knows I'm old so she just take my old android and help me.....maintance is friendly as he can be and keep the ground well kept thanks River Breeze for keeping such a clean safe space for all the residents, God bless you all.
