I have lived here (my first apartment) for a year and a half and absolutely love it. I don't hardly ever need repairs but when I do, the maintenance guys are super quick and helpful. Management has been very communicative and helpful. The location of the building is really nice and the halls are usually pretty quiet. Overall a great place to live!

i have lived at riverbluff for 6 months now and this is the best apartment building i've lived in yet! the maintenance crew is incredibly helpful and the girls in the office are there for you at the drop of a hat! highly highly highly recommend riverbluff apartments!
I've lived in a lot of different apartments in the last 40 years, and River Bluff is my favorite. The management and maintenance staff are kind and approachable. The building is from the 70s so there will be things that need to be updated, but the staff is working hard and doing their best to care of them. I've never had an issue here that wasn't taken care of in a timely manner.
