i have lived at riverbluff for 6 months now and this is the best apartment building i've lived in yet! the maintenance crew is incredibly helpful and the girls in the office are there for you at the drop of a hat! highly highly highly recommend riverbluff apartments!
I've lived in a lot of different apartments in the last 40 years, and River Bluff is my favorite. The management and maintenance staff are kind and approachable. The building is from the 70s so there will be things that need to be updated, but the staff is working hard and doing their best to care of them. I've never had an issue here that wasn't taken care of in a timely manner. I have loved living at the River Bluff. Management is so attentive and always answers all of my silly “first apartment what do I do now” questions! Ready and Steve are always kind and quick when it comes to maintenance work. I had to file an appeal to originally live in this place and Becca and Christal went above and beyond to talk to upper management on our behalf. It changed my life!
