This place used to be real nice I moved in about 5 years ago and now the dirt is showing through all of the bark,, plants unkept there was an exploded diaper debris all over the parking lot there's cigarettes and trash, and things flying out of the garbage and dirt on the sidewalks. property is not maintained, cobwebs are EVERYWHERE. I had a great experience the property is beautiful and the realtors were great so friendly and very knowledgeable and the River Blu apartments are the 1st apartments I looked at and they are definitely a consideration
