The office staff is kind and friendly. Our maintenance request was handled in a timely manner and professionally. The gym is good too.
La verdad me atendieron muy bien me dieron un recorrido por el condominio y son muy amables aunque yo no sabía hablar inglés siempre buscaron la manera de comunicarse conmigo me dieron la información adecuada y llene mi aplicación estoy esperando respuesta espero y me acepten porque si me gustaría vivir ahí todo se ve muy tranquilo y limpio y está en un lugar céntrico
River Blu Apartments have been my home for the last 6 years. The Staff are always helpful and professional. And great at keeping us updated with any maintenance or community news updates. My neighbors are always so friendly. Property is always clean with security patrolling to make sure everything is alright in the community. We are also next door to the Watt Ave American River Access entry. Great for evening walks and to just get fresh air. We also have a gym on property. Thank you River Blu Apartments and residents!
