My husband and I toured this apartment complex. Colton was a very nice and well-informed tour guide. The apartment complex had very nice facilities and the renovated units had new appliances. We have been touring many apartments and this is definitely one of our favorites so far.
Very happy to be a resident here. Property management appears to really care about the condition of the property with their regular maintenance and inspections. The grounds and facilities are well kept. Property unit maintenance requests are responded to quickly. Staff are nice and courteous. I never feel unsafe walking around even at night. Plus, it's close to the freeway and there are many dining options just across the street. Can't be beat.
I have been living here for a couple months now, everything is perfect. The staff is very well organized . Maintenance is very fast and they’re all super kind and respectful. 10/10 all around.
I have lived here for 2 years, my lease is ending family expanding so I am sad to be ending my lease and moving, but this has been my home and I am so grateful for this experience, Maintenance is on point! Always helpful, the office is so professional and genuine. I loved living here probably my nicest apartment I ever had and the neighbors are all so kind it it really more like a community and I loved this experience with all my heart.
