I’ve been here for 2 years. Management is responsive and friendly. I’ve only had to place a maintenance request once and they were able to fix it the same day. It’s really quite too which I enjoy. Only downside is that your rent will increase. Mine went from $1495 to $1644 in 2 years. Super expensive for what we get. Wish washer and dryer was included in unit.
I think it is very important that anyone looking at these reviews also looks at Yelp. Most of the google reviews that have them at almost 4 stars are based off the touring and initial interactions with the office. I have lived here for 2 years going on 3 and an tell you the police come here on a regular basis for domestic disputes, my brand new car was broken into and I emailed the office, but never received a reply, there was a hole in the ceiling from poor previous repair and a swarm of ants came out filling my room, the A... read more
Great service in the office and maintenance service is excellent. Apartments are great nice clean and friendly community. Great location to rent in Sacramento.
I absolutely love living at River Blu Apartments. I feel safe and comfortable in my cute recently renovated apartment. There are great amenities and I have a beautiful view of the pool. The location is conveniently located to the freeway, the American River and outdoor trails.
