We were in town for my son's wedding and wanted to host a night-before dinner for the out-of-town guests. We selected the River Bistro for convenience (we were all staying at the hotel) but ended up delightfully surprised at the quality of the food and service. The food was plentiful and delicious. Our very large party of 20 had the carne asada fries, loaded hummus, kimchi chicken eggrolls, and rib lollipops as appetizers. The burger and fries were absolutely delicious!
We had a couple drinks and our meal at the bar. The food was very good and so was the punch. It was a very busy night at the hotel but the servers ran things great!!
