I have had an amazing experience with Tavon in maintenance. He always kind and he ensures the work is satisfactory. For example my door knob was loose I didn't realize it but he did. He pays attention to detail.Tavon is great!I have also had a great experience with Michael at the office Michael goes above and beyond. Michael follows up when needed. I have had bad experiences with Landon as an whole. The office excluding Michael have not been helpful or responsive. I have animals on my roof. I'm afraid they will come through.... read more
Theses are the worst apartments at night I here raccoons or some type of animal crawling on the roof the office people are very rude and don’t care about there residence when my family went to the landlord about it they did nothing If I could give zero stars I would.

Writing this in hopes someone within the ownership of this property makes changes. I lived here from July ‘24-June ‘25. I had AC for no longer than 24 hours of my entire stay. I moved in to a hole in the ceiling from the people above me with a shower leak which poured water and plaster onto the floor. There are two pools, neither of which were open for use during my tenancy. There was garbage strewn everywhere constantly.
