I have felt so disappointed to have moved to this apartment complex, from day 1 the apartment had problems broken floor, burnt bulbs, cockroaches but the worst of all is that the stove did not work neither the oven nor the burners, I clearly realized until it was already installed and I wanted to cook, I put the maintenance order and they came to check the stove without repairing it they only said that they would bring a new stove, I have 5 months living in the Landon apartment and I still do not have a stove that works, I w... read more
I called to inquire about an apartment and I was hung up on. Very unprofessional.
If I could rate these apartment buildings they wouldn’t get no stars . First of all they have roaches. They have pest control come by once a week but are very inconsistent. They enter your apartment without your permission no to mention they keep closing work orders on the app and haven’t did nothing . Also the trash by the dumpster looks so nasty and has trash piled up there every single day .
Tengo 6 meses sin aire acondicionado pagando 1750 dolares, no toman las llamadas en la oficina, todos los dias est�n mandando a alguien para arreglarlo y nunca vienen. Son unos irresponsable y hago responsable al landon de cualquier tema de salud que pueda pasar por el calor intenso que hay.
