This is the worst apartment complex I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. They WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS. They WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR EMAILS. You literally have to chase them down in the office otherwise you will not hear from them at all. They'll try to move you into an unfinished, unclean apartment. They will try to move you into an apartment with door covered in cockroach droppings. After you tour their model unit. I lived at Landon Apartments for 8 years. When I first moved in, it was a decent place to live. Unfortunately, over the years, it has slowly turned into the dumpster fire it is today. There is one trash dumpster for a huge complex, which regularly leaves garbage scattered throughout the entryway and surrounding areas. The pools don’t work, landscaping is practically nonexistent, there are ongoing concerns about crime, parking is a nightmare, and there have been multiple management changes. Leasing office never answers phone calls and will take extra long to get to your maintenance requests. I have been waiting a month to get simple stuff fixed and I can't even get in contact with them
