It took 75 days to complete a maintenance request for a dishwasher not working. I have gone to check in with the office 8 times within that 75 days and each time I was met with an excuse “our manager called in sick” (two times), “we had an emergency” (?), “the manager will come tomorrow” (five times - he never came). I talked to all 3 office staff about the lack of help and they all seemed annoyed or defensive with each visit. 10/10 From the application process to move in day everything went smoothly. Michael was a great help and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I am very happy at my new place.
