I don't recommend this property based on my experience with repairs and maintenance. The property manager is difficult to get ahold of and often doesn't respond to email requests for weeks at a time. We have had multiple maintenance requests go unnoticed despite several attempts to get the issues resolved (changing air filter, issues with dishwasher/plumbing, and water heater is going out). I lived in Columbia for 13 years, and 6 of those years were spent with River Birch Apartments (one year at the Green Meadows location and five years at River Birch East). This is truly the best place in Columbia to rent. The price is incredible for what you get! The management is quick to respond to any and all maintenance concerns. The property manager, Twila, is not only a wonderful manager, but a great person, too! The management cares about its tenants and the facilities are top notch. It's truly a Columbia hidden gem. I have lived with them for two years and I wouldn't have it any other way!
Love it! I have lived here 18 years and have enjoyed every year!
