After the April 13th tornadoes, four apt. units were badly damaged. It took 2 whole months before the owner's regional supervisor came out to look at the damaged units. It's absolutely ABSURD the conditions 3 tenants lived in for over two months before anyone at home office even showed up to see the damage first hand.
