After providing a 60 day notice to move out and received no notice about fees. My security deposit of $750 was kept to go to a termination fee not stated to me before submitting move out request and I keep getting a bill for $1000 for the fee which is higher that what the original fee was even allegedly supposed to be before the property kept my deposit to “go towards the fee”.
The maintenance at river house is great!
This place is a nightmare. The toilet is stopped up a lot. There are lots of water leaks both inside and out. poor water pressure . I am concerned of possible sink holes. I noticed cracks in the building/foundation. Pieces of the roof has been falling down since I moved there. Loud neighbors. Neighbors throwing trash out in front of their door. Neighbors allowed to have dogs unleashed, urinating and releasing their waste in the residential area. I seriously doubt if their lease has been set as non-renewal or any other penalt... read more
