Im loving the wonderful reviews
The office manager Sharon is very good about responding to your needs and concerns. She’s also very nice to work with! Some of my family also live here at Riverbend, Sharon was extremely kind and understanding. The maintenance here at Riverbend is so well maintained by James! The buildings are clean, the pool is always beautiful, this summer there were some issues with the pool but not of his fault. The grounds are well maintained! Overall very nice!!
Don’t not move here they are infested with roaches and other bugs the property manger Sharon is rude and never answers and always blamed tenants, maintenance guy loves to take pictures of other people. Stay away
